In these fun-filled sessions, little ones will explore the basics of trapeze on a miniature rig, tumbling and parkour-style obstacle courses. Each class is crafted to nurture physical coordination, build confidence, and encourage social interaction, all while ensuring safety and fun in a supportive environment.
Our Tiny Flyers classes are a delightful introduction to the world of movement and acrobatics. Through engaging activities and interactive games and story telling, children will not only develop foundational trapeze and obstacle course skills but also enhance their balance, strength, self-awareness, spatial awareness and teamwork abilities. Basic Trapeze Techniques: Learning to swing and perform simple tricks on a miniature trapeze rig, designed for their size and abilities.
Tumbling Fundamentals: Developing coordination, strength, and balance through basic tumbling exercises.

Strength Development: Building core and upper body strength essential for trapeze movements.

Weekly Theme Structure: All sessions follow a weekly theme, where the more a student attends in a given week, the more they will explore and master that theme.
Check-In, Introduction, and Warm-Up (:00 – :10 mins): Begin with a warm welcome and check-in, followed by a brief introduction to the day's activities. Engage in warm-up exercises and stretching to prepare the body for movement.
Trapeze Skills Introduction (:10 – :30 mins): Introduce the children to the trapeze rig, ensuring comfort and familiarity. Demonstrate and practice basic swinging techniques, focusing on safety and fun.
Tumbling Fundamentals (:30 – :50 mins): Engage in basic tumbling exercises to build strength, balance, and coordination. Activities are designed to develop physical awareness and lay the foundation for future acrobatic skills.
Fun Games (:50 – 1:10 mins): Participate in interactive games that promote social interaction, teamwork, and motor skill development. These games reinforce the skills learned while ensuring a playful and engaging atmosphere.
Trapeze Skills Practice (1:10 – 1:50 mins): Allow guided practice time on the trapeze, where children can refine their skills with close supervision. Provide one-on-one instruction to address individual needs and give personalized feedback.
Cool Down and Wrap-Up (1:50 – 2:00 mins): Conclude the session with cool down exercises and stretching to relax the body after physical activity. Recap the day’s achievements, celebrating progress and giving children a positive send-off.
