SB Trapeze Co Membership Policy
Membership Basics: A membership is a monthly, auto-renewing account with us. You can cancel or freeze your membership at any time via email notice to hello@sbtrapezeco.com. Memberships continue indefinitely until canceled or frozen.
Membership Benefits: All memberships come with a certain number of free or discounted guest passes and a 10% or 20% discount on Apparel, Birthday Parties, Camps and Parent’s Night Out. Please refer to the details of the membership you're signing up for.
Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable.
Email System: To ensure accurate record-keeping, all membership changes must be done via email. Whether you're freezing or canceling your membership, or notifying us of an absence, please email us at hello@sbtrapezeco.com. Even if an issue is resolved over the phone or in-person, you must send a follow up email confirming the change. For purchasing your initial membership, scheduling regular or make-up classes, Birthday Parties, Camps or Parent’s Night Out, you can use our online registration system.
Make-Up Policy: All memberships include makeup rollover classes. To receive a rollover class credit, notify us by email at least two hours before the class begins if the student will be absent. Rollover class credits remain active as long as your membership is active and can be shared between siblings with memberships. The value of these credits can also be applied toward events such as Camps, Birthday Parties and Parent’s Night Out.
Freeze Policy: A freeze costs $10 per month, which is credited towards future tuition. If your account is on freeze for two months, for example, $20 will be deducted when you resume classes. Freeze payments are charged to the card on file even if the monthly tuition has already been charged. If an account is on freeze for more than one month, the permanent class spot will be given to other students on the waiting list. To adjust or extend a freeze, email us before your membership billing date as freeze payments do not auto-renew. When your scheduled freeze is over, regular monthly membership charges will automatically resume. The maximum freeze period is six months, and for each month on freeze, the expiration date of rollover class credits will be extended accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: Canceling your membership completely deactivates your account, requiring repayment of the $75 registration fee upon returning. You remain an active member until the end of your billing cycle, but all rollover class credits expire immediately upon cancellation. All cancellations must be made via email.
Late Policy: If you miss the warm-up portion of the class (the first 10 minutes), you cannot participate in that class. If you know you'll be late, call our front office at (805) 350-9802 to see if separate warm-up is possible. This is not guaranteed and cannot become a regular occurrence. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you won’t be able to join the class.
Annual Insurance Fee: A $50 annual membership fee per account is charged annually to the card on file. This fee will be prorated the first time depending on what time of the year you join. This fee applies to all SBTC members, regardless of active or frozen status.
Unlimited Memberships: Unlimited memberships allow students to take unlimited classes at SBTC. Students get four permanent weekday class spots. Additional classes must be reserved through email or our online registration system to ensure availability. Because of the nature of this membership, rollover class credits do not accrue. Unlimited members receive a 20% discount on Apparel, Birthday Parties, Camps and Parent’s Night Out.
