What will you learn?
  • Crawling: Begin with low-to-the-ground movements like quadrupedal crawling and animal movements, which are fundamental for navigating under obstacles, through confined spaces.
  • Balancing: Develop your balance on narrow or uneven surfaces, crucial for traversing beams, railings, and ledges.
  • Jumping & Landing: Master the basics of jumping and controlled landings, essential for navigating obstacles safely and efficiently.
  • Rolling: Learn how to roll safely to absorb impact and maintain momentum after jumps or falls.
  • Precision Jumps: Focus on accuracy with precision jumps, landing on small or narrow targets with exactness.
  • Vaulting: Start with basic vaulting techniques, like the Speed and Safety vaults, before progressing to more advanced moves like the Kong and Dash vaults.
  • Wall Runs & Tic Tacs: Begin to use vertical surfaces for upward movement, combining wall runs and kicks off the wall (Tic Tacs) to gain height or change direction.
  • Climbing: Enhance your climbing skills to scale walls and structures with agility and confidence.
  • Swinging & Traversing: Develop your ability to swing from bars and traverse over obstacles using upper body strength and coordination.
  • Cat Leaps: Train for powerful leaps to grab onto and pull yourself up onto ledges or walls.
  • Obstacle Flow: Practice combining movements fluidly to move through complex environments with continuous, smooth motion.
  • Spatial Awareness: Continuously sharpen your ability to judge distances, heights, and obstacles, enhancing your overall environmental awareness as you progress.
