School is out four days. The obstacles are not going anywhere.

Parkour for ages 6 to 14. Precision jumps, vaults, wall runs and safety rolls, coached in a progression built for every level. Kids who show up saying "I can't" leave saying "watch this."

Fall Break · Mon Nov 23 to Fri Nov 27
Four camp days. Closed Thursday Nov 26 for Thanksgiving.
Full week $485 · Single days $135 (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)

Hours: 9 AM to 3 PM. Free extended care 8 to 9 AM and 3 to 4 PM.
Coach ratio: 6:1.
Open House Showcase: Friday Nov 27 at 2 PM.

What to bring: fitted athletic clothing, secure athletic shoes, a water bottle, lunch and snacks, sunscreen applied before arrival.

Camp runs outdoors, open air, all day.

Everything You Need to Know

First time? Here's what to expect.

Do I need any experience? +

None at all. Most of our students have never touched a trapeze. We teach everything from the ground up, and you'll be flying within your first class.

What if I'm afraid of heights? +

You're in good company—most people are. The platform is only 23 feet up, there's a safety net below you, and you're attached to safety lines the entire time. We've seen hundreds of height-phobic students surprise themselves.

Do I need to be athletic or strong? +

Nope. We've taught everyone from 4-year-olds to 90-year-olds. Trapeze is more about timing and technique than strength. If you can hang from a bar for a few seconds, you can fly.

What should I wear? +

Comfortable, form-fitting clothes you can move in—leggings, athletic shorts, t-shirt. Avoid loose jewelry and anything too baggy that could catch on the equipment. We fly barefoot or in socks.

What's the weight limit? +

For safety reasons, we have a 250-pound weight limit for flying trapeze. Our aerial silks and lyra classes can accommodate higher weights—just ask when booking.

Can I bring spectators? +

Absolutely. Friends and family are welcome to watch—bring a camera. Fair warning: spectators often end up booking their own class after watching.
