The hardest part is the first jump
You'll be coached from the ground: grip, takeoff, swing, release. You'll be on the bar inside the first 20 minutes. No experience needed, and coaches scale the challenge to you.
Wear form-fitting athletic clothes, nothing loose that can catch on the bar or lines. Hair tied back, no dangling jewelry. Closed-toe shoes with grip for parkour and Tiny Flyers.
