Parkour Party FAQs

Everything you need to know before booking.

My kid has never done parkour. Is that okay? +

100%. Every session is built for first-timers. Instructors start with the basics and scale the challenge as kids get comfortable — most are clearing obstacles inside the first 20 minutes. Prior experience has almost nothing to do with how much fun kids have.

How physical is it? My kid isn't super athletic. +

Parkour meets kids where they are. It's about movement, problem-solving, and figuring out what your body can do — not speed or strength. Kids who don't think of themselves as athletic are often the ones who get the most out of it because they surprise themselves.

What do kids wear? +

Sneakers that grip and clothes they can move in. No flip-flops, dress shoes, sandals, or heels. Everything else is fine. Layers help in the morning.

Can adults participate? +

Yes — and they should. Some of the best moments in a parkour party happen when a parent tries the wall run. We coach adults the same way we coach kids. You might surprise yourself.

Is it safe? +

Parkour looks wild. It's taught methodically. Our instructors manage the environment and each kid's progression the entire session — kids only attempt what they've been coached to attempt, and only when they're ready. We've been doing this a long time.

What age is too young for parkour? +

We start parkour parties at age 5. If you have 3 or 4 year olds in the mix, call us. We'll help you figure out the right setup for your group.

How long does the session run? +

Base packages start at one hour of coached instruction. Add time in 30-minute blocks. For bigger groups or kids who really get into it, 90 minutes is the right call.

What actually happens during the session? +

Warmup and introductory movement, then skill progressions — balance, jumping, vaulting, wall work — building complexity as kids get comfortable. The final portion opens into games and free exploration with coaching support throughout. It doesn't feel like a class.

Can we split a large group into smaller groups? +

Yes. For bigger parties we run concurrent coaching tracks so no kid is standing around waiting. We staff to the group size.

What if it rains? Is parkour indoor? +

Yes — parkour runs entirely indoors. Weather is never a factor.
