The $5,000 starting price reflects what it actually costs to do this right. Rigging and de-rigging a mobile trapeze setup is a half-day production. Two instructors. Equipment transport. What is included in the $5,000 starting price? +

Full rig setup and breakdown, 2 certified Tiny Flyers instructors, equipment transport, and a complete coached session for ages 3 to 6. Final price depends on group size, run time, and travel distance. $5,000 is the floor — not a ceiling we hide behind.

How much space does the rig require? +

The mobile Tiny Flyers rig needs a clear footprint of approximately 30 by 40 feet with a minimum overhead clearance of 20 feet for outdoor setups. Indoor venues need to meet the height minimum. Send us your venue details and we'll confirm fit before you commit.

How long does setup and breakdown take? +

Setup is approximately 2 to 3 hours. Breakdown is 1 to 2 hours. Build this into your event timeline — the rig does not appear and disappear in 20 minutes. Plan for it and the day runs smoothly.

Is a 3-year-old really going to fly on this? +

Yes. The Tiny Flyers rig is scaled and engineered for children ages 3 to 6. Lower bar height, full safety lines, two instructors per session, and coaching progressions built specifically for early childhood development. We have been running Tiny Flyers for years. This is what we do.

What kinds of events is this right for? +

High-end birthday parties, upscale community events, corporate family days, brand activations, school fundraisers — any event where you need a centerpiece that creates genuine awe. How far in advance do I need to book? +

Minimum 6 to 8 weeks. Mobile rig events require coordination across logistics, staffing, permitting in some venues, and site assessment. The earlier you reach out, the better. For peak season dates — summer, spring break, major holidays — reach out 3 months ahead.

Do you handle permits or venue coordination? +

We advise on what is typically required and can provide documentation for venue approval processes. Final permitting responsibility rests with the event organizer. Call us early in your planning process and we'll walk you through what to expect.

What if it rains? +

Outdoor mobile sessions require a weather hold plan. We build a reschedule clause into every mobile booking. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule — we don't improvise safety. For covered venues, weather is not a factor.
